Dimensions: frame size 26.5 x 21.5 cm. Provenance: Private collection; acquired directly from the artist, 1999. Notes: Daan van Golden represented The Netherlands at the 48th Venice Biennale in 1999. This image was used as a cover for both the invitation to the Dutch Pavilion and the exhibition catalogue (Daan van Golden: the pencil of nature, Rotterdam: Museum Boijmans Van Beuningen, 1999). This print was acquired directly from the artist at the Biennale. Later, in 2012, the photograph was published as a limited edition chromogenic print.
