Collage on grey cardboard, New Year's wish, inscribed by his wife M.J. Van der Vossen-van Meerten (on the reverse of the collage); framed under passe-partout behind glass. Backing with the inscription 'Collage Andre van der Vossen 1958 uit collectie Cor de Nobel Groningen v/h Gallerie 31 Dordrecht verkocht aan [...]'. Left corner folded, minor wear to the edges, else good.
Provenance: Private collection; Private collection Cor de Nobel. Notes: De Nobel also worked as an artist in Dordrecht since 1956 but he wasn't very successful. His gallery, Galerie .31, however gained a high reputation as 'De proeftuin der Informelen'. He sold the work in 2006 to the present owner.
